Inner city Heerhugowaard

Renewal of the eighties shopping mall and surroundings in a growing area. The introduction of several functions and the restructuring will convert this shopping centre into a real town centre. This will also involve remodeling the public area whose quality must be raised to a suitable level. We designed an urban structure with intensive consultation with all parties involved. Quality guidance and supervision was our next action. We also designed the new city park and surrounding landscape.
