Kennedy Süd (Luxemburg)

The Kennedy Süd district to be developed is located on Avenue J.F. Kennedy. A former highway that has been redeveloped into an urban boulevard. Adding urban life on and to this boulevard is an important objective for the new city district. Our entry 'Promenade des Fleurs' won the competition because of the good integration of the large scale of the European district with the small scale of the existing adjacent district. The strategic approach and the high degree of sustainability in the plan were also of decisive importance.
